Sales Representative
The function of the Sales Representative is to provide direct support to the CEO in the ongoing development of customers of Dodson’s Marketing Concepts. To ensure that the company can meet its growth targets.

Responsibilities for professional sales representative

Communicate ongoing assignments directly with the CEO.

Meet with potential clients to secure contracts.

Engage, develop, and close advertising leads.

Actively participate in all team meetings, conference calls, training, and sales meetings.

To provide the Company with competitive products, marketing intelligence and strategic customer-related data.

Execute customer action plans.

Represent/ sell software Marketing solutions, to drive net new businesses.

Stay on top of industry trends.

Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.

Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.

Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections while utilizing “our one call close” approach.

Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.

Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations.

Coordinate with and train other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld.
Required skills and qualifications.

Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry

Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.

Ability to schedule and perform follow up calls, emails, and appointments.

Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends.

Must have the ability to build instant rapport with clients.

Self-motivated, self-starter, competitive and performance driven.

Foster strong relationships with clients and deliver high levels of client care.

Motivated and target driven with demonstrated success in sales.

Proficient in Microsoft windows, words, and Excel.

Knowledgeable with IT and computer related troubleshooting.

Ability to lift 75 lbs.+.

Graphic design ability preferred but not a requirement.
